Cancellation Policy

To provide the highest level of service and ensure fairness to all clients, Barber At The Bar operates under the following booking policies:

6-Hour Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations, modifications, or missed appointments within the 6-hour window will result in 100% of the service fee being charged. After this period, the appointment is considered confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled without charge.

No-Show Policy

First No-Show: If a client misses an appointment without prior notice, they will be charged 100% of the service cost at their next visit.

Second No-Show: A second no-show may result in suspension of online booking privileges, and any future appointments may only be accepted with full prepayment.

Late Arrivals

We value your time and the time of our other clients. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Appointments will be forfeited if a client arrives more than 5 minutes late without prior warning. This will be treated as a no-show.
